The mechanic, Mike; took his time to talk with me, sharing helpful details. I also received a complimentary wash before heading home. I am impressed and feel really secure in owning a Mercedes-Benz. btw... my battery finally died after 6 years in our 2001 ML320 this past weekend. Upon calling MB Roadside Assistance, Jason for MB of FW was out inside of an hour and replaced my tired battery. Great service... great people." - indybenzo5
